Description
Digital and social media support Assist with social media channel maintenance, including content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring engagement. Coordinate content development and review cycles between the marketing team, business stakeholders, and agency partners. Source and curate employee-generated content from various Vialto teams to support global and regional social media presence and external messaging. Maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns and business priorities. Execute updates to the corporate website (e.g., uploading new content, refreshing existing pages, checking links, testing usability, updating meta descriptions, and ensuring formatting consistency). Track and compile performance metrics for web, social, and other digital channels using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, etc., preparing regular reports for the team and leadership. Research and assist with setup of potential new digital platforms, including documenting requirements and helping with pilot testing. Support content operations, including review coordination, version tracking, and approvals. Assist with website content publishing, ensuring editorial accuracy and consistency. Assist with the preparation of practitioner toolkits and campaign launch packages. Support the production of periodic newsletters (drafting, formatting, distribution). Assist with reporting and analytics across digital, campaign, and content performance. Assist in documenting processes and creating reference materials/playbooks for marketing operations. Assist with building, scheduling, and reporting on Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails/campaigns. Support ad hoc requests for marketing data pulls and insights. Provide support for internal communications projects, including drafting content, coordinating updates, and assisting with communication rollouts. Support the development and publishing of internal news stories by liaising with content contributors. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and emerging digital channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics) is an advantage. Familiarity with creative tools like Canva. Self-starter and a creative thinker with an ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a global team environment.
