About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer who turns bold ideas into campaigns people actually talk about.

This isn’t traditional brand marketing. You’ll create viral social content, experiential activations, creator partnerships, gifting campaigns, physical stunts and cultural moments designed to get millions of people talking about Deel.

Recent work has included a Pimp My Ride-style office transformation, creator-led social series, highly shareable gifting campaigns and global celebrity partnerships.

You’ll have the budget, ownership and freedom to move fast. One week you might be filming with creators, the next launching an activation or turning a cultural moment into a campaign.

If you can come up with an idea Monday, make it Tuesday, launch Wednesday and measure it Friday - you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do

Campaigns & Creative

  • Lead campaigns from idea through execution.
  • Develop work built for organic reach, earned media and conversation.
  • Partner with creative teams, agencies and production partners.
  • Make campaigns measurable against brand awareness goals.

Social & Content

  • Create social-first campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Produce short-form video and recurring social series.
  • Spot trends and turn them into opportunities.
  • Create reactive content around culture and the internet.

Experiential & Activations

  • Produce memorable activations, events and physical stunts.
  • Create experiences people want to attend, film and share.
  • Manage production, logistics, budgets and timelines.
  • Bring sponsorships and partnerships to life creatively.

Creators & Talent

  • Build relationships with creators, influencers and talent.
  • Identify, brief and manage the right partners for each campaign.
  • Develop scalable creator and ambassador programmes.

Innovation

  • Constantly test new ideas, formats and channels.
  • Run fast experiments and iterate based on results.
  • Push Deel to do things competitors wouldn’t.

What we’re looking for

  • 4-8+ years in brand, social, experiential or creative marketing.
  • A track record of campaigns generating significant organic reach or earned media.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and internet culture.
  • Experience producing activations, events or campaigns.
  • Strong creative, project management and copywriting skills.
  • Comfortable working with creators, agencies and production partners.
  • Data-driven and able to measure what worked.
  • Highly organised, hands-on and able to move at speed.

You’ll thrive here if you’re

Creative. Entrepreneurial. Internet-obsessed. Resourceful. Low ego. Curious. Willing to take smart risks.

Most importantly, you don’t wait for permission to make something happen.
