Our focus is simple: build scalable infrastructure and generate real business growth. The Role We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to own everything that brings new customers into Okoora. This role is responsible for incoming pipeline only, leads, meetings, and B2B signups. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage people, vendors, and channels, but you are also expected to execute yourself when needed. What You Will Own Full ownership of incoming pipeline: leads, meetings, and B2B signups Direct management of: Growth Marketing Manager (Platforms), Product Growth Manager (B2B) and Marketing Operations Ownership of all growth channels: demand generation, product growth, content, social, and PR Management of freelancers, agencies, and external vendors Prioritization of experiments, campaigns, and initiatives across the growth stack What You Will Do Drive consistent generation of qualified inbound demand Decide what to focus on, and what to stop Launch and iterate growth experiments quickly Build and refine messaging that converts into real customer action Use AI tools daily to accelerate execution, testing, and iteration Step into hands-on execution when speed or quality requires it What Success Looks Like A growing, measurable stream of qualified inbound leads and meetings Increasing B2B signups and early activation Clear visibility into what channels and messages actually drive pipeline Activity without impact is not success. Requirements Requirements 3–6 years of hands-on experience in growth, demand, or marketing roles Proven responsibility for generating inbound demand or signups Experience managing small teams (1–3 people) Strong execution skills across messaging, campaigns, and growth experiments Daily, practical use of AI tools as part of your workflow Comfort operating with full ownership and accountability Ideal Profile Results-driven and execution-focused Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty Hands-on by nature — not afraid to build, test, and fix things yourself Motivated by measurable outcomes, not visibility or titles
