Description
About the Role We're looking for a Marketing / GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. You'll own the systems, automations, and campaigns that drive pipeline — from first touch to closed deal. This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable building email sequences, launching paid social campaigns, and wiring up the operational infrastructure that makes it all work. What You'll Do Email Marketing & Lifecycle Design, build, and optimize email campaigns across the full customer lifecycle — welcome sequences, nurture flows, re-engagement, and post-sale communications. You'll own deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting. You care about open rates, but you care more about revenue attribution. Facebook & Paid Social Advertising Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. This includes audience building, creative testing, retargeting strategies, and budget management. You'll continuously analyze performance and iterate to improve ROAS and reduce CAC. Sales Enablement & Alignment Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified pipeline. Build and maintain lead scoring models, handoff workflows, and reporting dashboards that give sales clear visibility into where leads come from and how to prioritize them. Marketing Operations Own the marketing tech stack — CRM, email platform, ad accounts, analytics tools, and the integrations between them. Build automations that eliminate manual work, ensure clean data flows, and enable the team to move faster. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are proficient with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor and use them daily to build automations, landing pages, scripts, and integrations faster than traditional development allows. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you can ship working solutions with AI assistance. You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar — including pipeline configuration, lead scoring, workflow automation, and reporting. You treat the CRM as the single source of truth and keep it that way. You've run campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and understand audience creation, pixel setup, conversion tracking, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and budget optimization. You know how to read the data and act on it quickly. You've built and managed email marketing programs using platforms like HubSpot, Converkit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Customer.io. You understand deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and how to structure automations that scale without breaking. Prior experience is not strictly required. Most importantly, you have to be willing to learn and constantly adapt.
Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end marketing infrastructure, including email campaigns, paid social advertising, and sales alignment. Additionally, you will own the marketing tech stack and build automations to optimize lead generation and revenue attribution.
