We seek a talented Marketing Initiative Manager to join our team and drive our marketing strategies to new heights.
Job Summary: The Marketing Initiative Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that align with Keysight’s goals in the AI/ML market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of successful campaign management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science, preferably with additional qualification in Marketing
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical marketing and campaign management for high-speed digital hardware and/or software products.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive AI/ML market growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Drive trade shows, seminars, and webinars from a strategic and technical point of view, from obtaining a budget to execution.
  • Create messaging, decide the right content (presentations, demos, or both), and develop promotion and follow-up plans.
  • Responsible for all of North America, including Canada, for the AI/ML segment.
  • The candidate can bae based anywhere in the mainland USA but needs to travel for the events.
