JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing/Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work, with in-office training required for the first 3 months. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to form lasting relationships with our sales representatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to present products in an engaging and informative manner.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in a customer facing position, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
• In-office training required for the first 3 months to become fully proficient in product knowledge and sales processes.

• Conduct online product presentations to our sales representative network.
• Become a product specialist, with a deep understanding of our offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sales representatives, providing support and solutions to drive business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and sales targets.
• Handle administrative tasks and sales processes using Microsoft Office tools.
