KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

· 4+ years’ experience in marketing insight, analytics, or a similar role – ideally within sport, entertainment, or consumer-focused sectors.
· Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and best practices.
· Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel; SQL knowledge preferred.
· Confident communicator, capable of translating data into clear business recommendations.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

· Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· A genuine interest in sport and fan culture is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Marketing Insight and Analytics Lead will be the club’s go-to expert for transforming data into meaningful, actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and tactics, enhance fan experience, and support commercial objectives. This role will take ownership of all marketing data and analytics, ensuring a data-driven approach across campaigns, customer journeys, and fan engagement initiatives.
