About the role: Join our marketing team and help shape data-driven strategies for Amplifon New Zealand’s brands, Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing. As a Marketing Insights Specialist, you’ll deliver high-quality analytics, uncover actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives that optimise marketing investment,  revenue growth and customer engagement. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to ensure marketing strategies are informed and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: * Provide analytics and insights to support campaign performance and funnel conversion. * Develop forecasting models and create templates to support business planning. * Conduct marketing ROI analysis and identify future investment opportunities. * Deliver scheduled and ad hoc reporting to inform marketing decisions. * Utilise tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau for data modelling and visualisation. * Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. * Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial Planning, Retail Excellence, Sales, IT, Finance) to align insights with business priorities. Skills Required: * Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL. * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI essential; Tableau advantageous). * Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and modeling (advantageous) * Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign optimisation. * Commercially minded with the ability to link insights to business outcomes.  * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Education and Experience Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing or related field. * Postgraduate study or professional certification in analytics is advantageous. * 3–5 years’ experience in a business/data analytics role. * Proven success in delivering insights that inform decision-making. * Prior experience in marketing analytics preferred.
