Job Description Are you looking for a placement where you will gain exposure to a range of marketing topics as we enhance our activities across the world? We are looking for talented, ambitious and committed individuals to join our team in Suffolk. Our 12 month placement provides invaluable hands-on experience working for a Global Company. Students are an important part of the team. From day one, you will be supporting in the development of marketing touch points for new and established gardening products across our wide base of International consumers. Each day will be different; one day you could be reporting timelines for product launches, the next, supporting with an event. The internship could involve (but not limited to): Assisting with video and photographic briefs Assisting with and attending photoshoots Analysing competitive positioning and activity Supporting and managing events Assisting the development of instore Point-of-Sale (POS) materials Using creative software such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create brand content Direct involvement with new product launch activities Data analysis and tracking Communicating with creative agencies and suppliers developing packaging and POS Working as part of a multi-national team with close access to product marketing and engineering personnel As well as many other topics as needed Qualifications Currently studying a business or marketing degree course An interest in the brand marketing of new and innovative consumer products Ability to use own initiative throughout a variety of tasks Confidence and competence to communicate at different levels of seniority Ability to manage a range of projects and tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular PowerPoint and Excel Strong creative and analytical skills Good attention-to-detail Nice to have – photo and video creative editing skills Nice to have – additional language skills Please note: unfortunately we cannot offer placements to students who do not already have a right to work in the UK.
