You’ll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, events, and day-to-day operations, learning how marketing teams actually work behind the scenes—and helping keep them running smoothly. Job Description You will be... Supporting the Senior Creative Producer across photo/video shoots, events, and brand activations. Assisting the PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist with press relations, influencer management, and community engagement. Researching, sourcing, and coordinating props and production materials for shoots and events. Ordering frames and ensuring all glasses and sunglasses are fully prepped and set-ready. Supporting pre-production planning and logistics for shoots and events. Providing on-set support, including schedule coordination, smooth pack-downs, and crew welfare. Assisting with event production, from physical set-up and live execution to breakdown. Coordinating seeding and gifting initiatives, including influencer and community outreach and product delivery. Acting as the first point of contact for press and community inquiries, including active management of the press inbox. Tracking, processing, and reporting on media coverage and campaign performance. Contributing creative ideas and fresh perspectives for upcoming events and brand activations. We’re looking for someone who: Has high energy and brings a positive, proactive mindset. Is hands-on and loves to "get stuff done." Takes full ownership of their tasks and delivers on their promises. Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Works well within a team. Is passionate about PR and communication, with a good sense of media trends. Is fluent in English (Dutch is not a must, but a plus) What’s in it for you?...
