Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to support a fast-paced, growth-focused B2B marketing team in a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience across digital marketing, content development, campaign execution, and customer insights. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and eager to learn how marketing drives demand generation, supports sales, and contributes to overall business growth. ---------------------------------------- Areas of Focus Website & Digital Experience * Assist with updating website content, including technical copywriting and product information * Support development of industry-specific landing pages * Assist with SEO optimization (keywords, metadata, internal linking) * Help improve user experience and conversion performance (CTAs, forms, content structure) * Track and analyze website performance, including traffic and lead generation metrics ---------------------------------------- Content Marketing & Thought Leadership * Assist in developing blogs, case studies, white papers, and application guides * Support creation of customer success stories and project spotlights * Help translate technical product features into clear, compelling marketing content * Repurpose content across channels (website, email, social media, video) ---------------------------------------- Social Media & Video Marketing * Schedule and manage LinkedIn content aligned with company messaging * Assist in developing short-form and long-form video content (product demos, process videos) * Support planning, scripting, and editing of video content * Research new digital channels relevant to B2B audiences ---------------------------------------- Campaign & Product Marketing * Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting product launches and promotions * Help develop messaging aligned with different stages of the buyer journey * Support creation of value propositions and competitive positioning content * Ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials ---------------------------------------- Voice of Customer & Market Research * Assist with development and distribution of customer surveys * Help analyze feedback and summarize key insights * Support identification of trends to inform messaging and strategy * Conduct market and competitor research within the industry ---------------------------------------- Sales Enablement & Lead Management * Assist in creating sales support materials (one-pagers, presentations, pitch decks) * Support CRM and ERP data management, including data cleanup and segmentation * Help track leads, campaign performance, and follow-up activities * Assist with email list segmentation for targeted outreach campaigns ---------------------------------------- Tradeshow & Event Marketing * Assist in planning and execution of trade shows and industry events * Support development of booth graphics, presentations, and promotional materials * Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns * Help track event performance and ROI ---------------------------------------- Analytics & Performance Reporting * Track and report on marketing performance metrics across channels * Assist in building dashboards and summarizing campaign results * Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends ---------------------------------------- Internal Marketing Support * Create materials for internal communications and initiatives * Assist with company-wide campaigns and employee engagement efforts ---------------------------------------- Qualifications * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field * Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts * Interest in B2B and industrial/manufacturing marketing * Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional social media platforms * Basic experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) * Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management ---------------------------------------- Preferred Skills * Experience with website CMS platforms * Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) * Exposure to CRM/ERP systems * Interest in technical products or industrial environments ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Gain * Hands-on experience in full-funnel B2B marketing * Exposure to multi-channel campaign execution and strategy * Experience working with technical products and content * Involvement in customer insight and survey programs * Opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations * A strong portfolio of real-world marketing projects ---------------------------------------- Why Join Us This is an opportunity to gain practical, real-world marketing experience in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly support business growth and innovation.
