About the Position The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team with a variety of content management, administrative, and project coordination responsibilities throughout the summer. This internship provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, public relations, content management, and cross-functional project support within a fast-paced environment. What you can do for us: Support the Marketing team with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks. Review, organize, scan, and upload press coverage and media placements for inclusion on company websites and marketing materials. Maintain accurate records of press mentions, publications, and related marketing assets. Partner with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to draft and edit social media captions and supporting content. Support Project Managers with administrative tasks, project tracking, and follow-up activities. Help organize marketing files, presentations, and documentation. Assist with marketing research and special projects as assigned. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions. Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
