Responsibilities:
With our Keysight Used Equipment store and our Used Equipment offerings we are looking to further extend our market presence, finding new customers and further growth the business. The KRS Marketing organization plays a key role to support those goals. We are looking for a new talent to help the KRS Marketing organization with those goals, strategies and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates interest in the continually evolving craft of marketing.
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Promotions

  • Develop standout giveaways that differentiate us from competitors.
  • Collaborate with design teams, manufacturers, and logistics for sourcing and storage.
  • Plan and manage the allocation of materials for events and customer visits.
  • Track inventory, analyze ROI, and measure impact (KPU/KU/Trade-In page visits & leads).

Sales Enablement

  • Provide sales teams with compelling marketing collateral for KTI, KPU, KU, and KRS.
  • Oversee the design, distribution, and performance of:
  • Flyers
  • Stand-up banners
  • Posters
  • Presentations
  • Email signatures
  • Conduct market & competitive research to refine messaging and strategies.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Craft engaging customer newsletters and email campaigns for technical buyers.
  • Develop case studies and success stories in collaboration with sales.
  • Support SEO research to optimize technical articles and web content.

Internal Marketing & Communication

  • Maintain and update HighSpot, the sales collateral repository.
  • Manage key communications:
  • KRS internal updates
  • Partner newsletters
  • KTI CSG newsletters
  • Pulse communications
