What You’ll Do You’ll support the B2C Marketing team in bringing our brand to life across digital and community touchpoints. Your day-to-day will include: Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and community channels. Content Creation: Help draft copy, design simple assets, and source visuals for posts and website updates. Community Engagement: Support initiatives that connect with parents — from giveaways to community discussions to on-ground activations. Performance Tracking: Help monitor and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions). Market Research: Stay on top of parenting trends, competitor activities, and social content ideas. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, CRM, and community teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign success. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media. Ideally experience with Canva, basic video editing, or social media management tools. Curious about how AI and data are transforming consumer marketing. Creative thinker with good attention to detail and a sense of design aesthetics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in end-to-end marketing campaign execution.
