Description
Support the organization and logistics of customer events, including invitations, registrations, vendors coordination, and follow-up activities. Assist in the creation of marketing materials (presentations, digital assets, banners, invitations) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies. Contribute to digital event promotion, including social media and internal communication channels. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Communication, Sales, Education, and Marketing) to ensure seamless event execution. Support budget tracking and documentation related to event expenses and vendor management. Help maintain and update the event calendar, internal dashboards, and post-event reporting tools. Participate in creative brainstorming for improving customer engagement initiatives and optimizing the participant experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during event preparation and execution. Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Good knowledge of AI tools, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and/or InDesign is a plus. A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude with a 'yellow-green' profile (creative, people-oriented, and organized). Interest in healthcare innovation and customer engagement strategies.
