The application limit is applicable to ByteDance and its affiliates’ jobs globally.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships- From January to June- From May to August (Summer)You will be part of the Global Marketing team, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Solutions and Sales teams to drive audience engagement and deliver on key KPIs.Responsibilities- Efficiently juggle multiple timelines with internal parties such as designers, writers and developers to improve project workflow- Coordinate 3rd parties including agencies and freelancers- Support financial management, including processing quotations and invoicing- Supporting with competitor & industry research, identifying trends and patterns- Analyze marketing reports to highlight opportunities and trends relevant to B2B Tech- Event management support and logistics set up- Deep-dive into the profiles of our target audience, developing research to uncover their attitudes and behavior- Manage content and digital advertising projects with agencies and in-house marketers, subject matter experts, product managers, writers and designers- Understand data from analytics platforms to distinguish the effectiveness of our marketing projects and campaigns- Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our marketing campaigns
