About the role The Marketing Intern will support the execution of Candor Expedite's marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and brand awareness efforts. This role will help manage HubSpot activities, create marketing content, support email campaigns, maintain CRM data quality, and assist with reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, technology-savvy, and eager to learn how marketing directly drives revenue growth. What you'll do HubSpot Management • Maintain and update contact records within HubSpot • Build and manage email marketing campaigns • Create and update workflows, lists, and customer segments • Assist with lead tracking and CRM data cleanup • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports Content Creation • Create LinkedIn and social media content • Draft blog posts, customer success stories, and company updates • Develop marketing materials and sales support documents • Assist with podcast promotion and content repurposing Email Marketing • Help execute email marketing campaigns • Assist with newsletter creation and distribution • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics • Recommend improvements based on campaign performance Marketing Analytics • Track marketing KPIs and campaign results • Prepare monthly marketing reports • Research industry trends and competitor activity • Assist with lead generation initiatives Website & Digital Marketing Support • Update website content as needed • Assist with SEO initiatives • Support online advertising and marketing projects • Research new marketing tools and technologies Qualifications Required • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred • Experience with HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn • Basic understanding of email marketing • Experience with Canva or graphic design tools • Interest in B2B marketing and logistics What You'll Learn • CRM and marketing automation • Email marketing strategy • HubSpot administration • Content marketing • B2B lead generation • Marketing analytics and reporting • Sales and marketing alignment • Logistics industry marketing
