Description
SalesCaptain is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Intern with a passion for event planning, coordination, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience managing high-impact events while supporting a fast-growing international team. What You’ll Do Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, community meetups, and internal company activities. Assist with event logistics. Prepare and organize event materials (presentations, agendas, promotional content). Work with the marketing team to promote events across social media, email, and partner channels. Help manage post-event processes: attendee feedback collection, reporting, and follow-up communication. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and HR to ensure smooth event delivery. Conduct research on event trends, tools, and competitor activities. Strong interest in marketing and event management. Excellent communication in Enlgish, organization, and multitasking skills. Creative problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Eventbrite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus (not required). Prior experience with event organising (ex. Stundent conferences), will be a strong plus. Hands-on experience managing real events from start to finish. Training and mentorship from international marketing professionals. Experience working in a dynamic tech environment. Exposure to brand communication, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
