The agency is dedicated to helping businesses achieve sustainable growth through data-driven strategies and measurable digital outcomes. Role Overview: - Support marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to sales and business development activities. - Focus on digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement. - Opportunity to develop both marketing and sales skills, including prospecting and cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Marketing: - Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. - Support social media management, content creation, and website updates. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content. - Track and report on marketing campaign performance. Sales & Business Development Support: - Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach activities. - Support prospecting efforts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. - Follow up on inbound enquiries and company-generated leads. - Assist in conducting sales presentations and product/service introductions. - Understand client requirements and support the preparation of quotations and proposals. - Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM system. - Support client relationship-building and lead nurturing activities.
