SKILLS

• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok (trends, editing, engagement)
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in design, branding, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bonus: basic familiarity with SEO, copywriting, or Google Analytics

• Social Media
• Create and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram & TikTok
• Plan and schedule posts, track engagement, and respond to comments/messages
• Research and adapt trending formats to our brand
• Landing Page Design
• Assist in designing and updating marketing landing pages (no code)
• Ensure pages align with brand guidelines and are optimized for conversions
• Support A/B testing of headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action
• Marketing Campaigns
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to drive awareness and leads
• Help with email campaigns, partnerships, and event promotions
• Monitor analytics and report on what’s working
