About the Role As a Marketing Intern at HFG Architecture, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and apply your academic knowledge in a professional marketing environment within the architecture industry. Working alongside our marketing team, you will support a variety of initiatives that help communicate HFG’s mission and showcase our work, contributing to efforts such as content creation, graphic design, social media, and proposal development. This internship is designed to provide practical, real-world experience while helping you build professional skills and gain insight into marketing within a collaborative, design-focused firm. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Create engaging visual content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and our website, maintaining brand consistency across all channels Design and produce monthly internal newsletters that keep our team informed and connected Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content Support the proposal team by writing, editing, and designing proposals that adhere to brand standards and meet RFP requirements Collaborate with team members to develop graphics, infographics, and other visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Represent the company in a way that adheres to our core values internally and externally Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure all materials reflect current brand guidelines Stay current on design trends and social media best practices, particularly within the healthcare and architecture industries Assist with other marketing initiatives and special projects as needed Travel Requirements: This role requires approximately 0-10% travel for marketing-related needs, including office visits and photoshoots. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling copy for diverse audiences Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign a plus) Experience with Canva required Keen eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving Passion for contributing to meaningful work that positively impacts communities
