What Your Impact Will Be: You will support the Local Marketing Barbie & Dolls team on the development, implementation & analysis of the Marketing initiatives for Italy & Iberia. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Support Brand Manager in Brand Planning and Execution. Impact in brand strategy through the analysis of consumer trends, categories, competitor’s performance. Assist in key marketing activities by working with key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. agencies, partners, licensors, retailers). Assist in briefing and executing top items media plan: TV, digital, influencers, PR…. Administrative support. We offer a competitive remuneration and many attractive benefits. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in Marketing or related fields. Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments is a plus. Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project). Analysis skills: experience with tools like Nielsen or Circana will be valued. Learning agility & creativity skills. Organizational skills & attention to details.
