Job Description Marketing Intern (Singapore) Part of a fun, passionate, and supportive team What you’ll be doing: Join us as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting Singapore’s day-to-day marketing operations and regional ecommerce marketing. This role offers hands-on experience in PR & Social, Retail Marketing with a touch of creative flair. You’ll get involved in a variety of exciting projects, including: Support PR & Social Media campaigns through identifying suitable opportunities for collaborations, partner with KOL to follow through on campaign deliverables and reporting Brainstorm and conceptualize, plan and execute PR events from concept development to activation, media list and reporting Support the analysis of product and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing marketing strategies and activations Setup, coordinate and track marketing activations, including planning and executing retail & CRM eventing and activities Maintain the monthly communication calendar for Singapore & Malaysia Design and create omni-channel retail & digital marketing collaterals for Singapore & Malaysia, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Consolidate and review campaign post-mortem reporting for HQ, include compiling and review competition marketing activities, ongoing market trends and information, and analysis of brand’s competitive performance for learning and future decision making Be ready to jump in and help wherever needed – we love someone who’s proactive and genuinely passionate about beauty enjoys going the extra mile! Qualifications Who you are: • Able to commit for full time internship from Dec 2025/Jan 2026 to Jun 2026 • A great team player with a positive, can-do attitude • Strong communication and writing skills • Organised, efficient, and not afraid of multitasking • Comfortable with creative tools and interested in visual content and digital assets • Passionate about marketing and eager to learn Requirements Good inter-personal and communication skills Possess strong excel skills Detailed and organised.
