Our internships are entry-level roles designed to support our audit, tax, and advisory teams by developing core technical competencies while also providing excellent client service. We are currently adding a Marketing Intern in our Camp Hill office location. Technical Competence · Support the execution of marketing initiatives using digital platforms, marketing automation tools, and content management systems · Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining marketing materials, webpages, and campaign assets in alignment with firm branding and standards · Help coordinate and support marketing projects, events, and webinars, including basic setup, scheduling, and post-event follow-up Client Service and Engagement Management · Assist with marketing efforts that support client engagement, thought leadership, and brand visibility · Help prepare materials and communications used in client-facing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives · Contribute to delivering a consistent, professional brand experience for clients and external audiences · Support timely and accurate completion of marketing deliverables to meet internal and external expectations Staff and Professional Development · Collaborate with marketing team members and gain exposure to professional services marketing strategies and operations · Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback opportunities to develop marketing and professional skills · Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn in a deadline-driven environment · Build transferable skills in communication, project coordination, organization, and teamwork Qualifications · Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field · Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and basic content creation; experience with marketing tools or CMS platforms is a plus · Interns are required to work in the office during their internship
