REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
• Interest in real estate marketing and property trends is highly preferred.

• Support the planning and execution of real estate marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and property listings.
• Conduct market research to track real estate trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare promotional materials and client presentations.
• Help manage Regent Elite Properties’ online presence, ensuring consistent branding.
• Monitor marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
