Job Description Due to ongoing growth at Radius, we are looking for Interns to join our team at our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Here’s what you will be doing: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials. Support social media management efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Support ad-hoc projects or duties assigned from time to time. Qualifications Qualifications What experience/skills are we looking for? Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in marketing or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks and projects. Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
