WHAT YOU’LL LEARN: As a Marketing Intern at Zinnia, you’ll gain hands-on experience in key areas of marketing strategy and execution. You’ll explore how different marketing functions work together to tell a unified story, building competitive analyses, refining messaging, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. You’ll also help document and systematize brand standards, organize marketing assets, and develop tools that make information more accessible for the entire team. This role is an opportunity to strengthen your research, writing, and organizational skills while learning how modern marketing supports innovation in the financial technology space. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field as a full-time junior or senior undergraduate student. Strong copywriting skills ,clear, concise, and adaptable to Zinnia’s brand identity Confidence working in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, and Docs) Basic Adobe Creative Cloud skills for simple edits Curiosity for deep research and comfort working with data in spreadsheets Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Figma, or AI tools is a plus A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate across teams WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00, dependent on skills and location. The hourly range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
