Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Voldex is looking for a Marketing Intern to help engage and grow the player base across our top-performing Roblox games. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving team at the intersection of gaming, community, and creativity. You’ll work closely with our highly-skilled teams: marketers, artists, PMs, and analysts to optimize how players discover and connect with our games.
You’ll get hands-on experience with campaigns, creative testing, social media, and community engagement, all while learning what it takes to market hit live-service games on Roblox.
We believe the best ideas come from everywhere, so your voice will be heard across the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of on-platform marketing strategies (icons, thumbnails, titles, game pages, and more)
  • Help track and analyze campaign performance to uncover insights that improve user acquisition and retention
  • Support in drafting and scheduling engaging content for social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
  • Monitor community sentiment and share feedback with game teams
  • Engage with content creators for the game(s)
  • Collaborate on internal brainstorms and player-facing announcements for upcoming updates or events
