VOSS Automotive, a leading global supplier to on-highway and off-road OEMs in the design and manufacture of Diesel Exhaust Fluid Lines, Coolant Lines, Air Suspension Lines and Fittings, Fuel Lines and Fittings and Quick Connect and Accessories, is expanding its workforce and has the following new position open at its North American Headquarters. Title: Marketing Intern The Marketing Intern will support the company by performing the following duties: 1. Ability to be mentored and take directions from employees of VOSS. 2. Assist VOSS staff as needed in their daily tasks. 3. Support and assist with website updates, refresh graphics and content. 4. Help draft/write press releases and email blasts. 5. Prepare weekly social media updates and schedule them in advance. 6. Update current product presentations with a new template, formatting, and add enhanced graphics or market-specific content. 7. Promotional products (pens, bags, mugs, notebooks, etc.), inventory and ordering/replenishing, and organizing. 8. Download details and info for upcoming trade shows, who’s exhibiting, companies, help prepare target lists, help track Sales team attendance and metrics, data, and presentations that should be shared with the team, make sure Sales provides leads or enters their leads in Salesforce 9. Research new companies we are prospecting (often tied to the trade shows), leads, and add or update Salesforce and/or PPT 10. Help pull and prepare Google, website, and social media analytics, and update the current PPT 11. Take social event photos or new product photos and clean up/edit in Photoshop 12. Organize marketing products and display samples, drawers, and closet inventory products, and make a spreadsheet 13. Follow all Quality Management Systems, the Environmental Management Systems, and, when applicable, support VOSS Automotive Mexico in adhering to their systems as well. 14. Participate in plant recycling programs. 15. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: 1. Completion of at least two years toward a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing 2. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
