Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the Trade Marketing KA team to execute KA & Sports strategy and implement marketing activities across EssilorLuxottica brands.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

The successful candidate will have the following accountability in the role:

  • Coordination of the KA & Sports marketing calendar, managing campaign visuals, brief & tracking campaign performance.
  • Coordination of TradeUp platform for the forecasting and allocation of Trade materials.
  • Leading brand bi-annual visual update across all KA, which includes selection, adaptation, and approval of asset usage.
  • Proactively coordinating the removal and replacement of expired or unauthorized materials online.
  • Coordination and follow up of campaign approvals with brand and commercial teams.
  • Proof reading and check brand and marketing communications adhering to the brand guidelines.
  • Periodic review of retailers, analysis of activities of new brands or campaign launches including competitors (instore, digital, and social).
  • Producing marketing activation reports, include activity evaluation and KPI analysis.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties for the marketing department as and when required.
