  MARKETING INTERNSHIP   ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: The Marketing Internship offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals eager to explore the intersection of creativity and strategy. Interns will gain hands-on experience in campaign development, market research, and digital marketing platforms. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Intern will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence and optimizing outreach efforts. At the conclusion of the internship two Marketing projects will be presented to Leadership for a final capstone project.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Co-Manage Baudville Brands social media channels to ensure the thoughtful and timely creation of on-brand content to be used across channels and across brands * Propose and report on content efforts in the spirit of continuous improvement * Execute approved monthly social media calendar to increase followers and engagement * Responsible for working with Content Coordinator and Marketing Specialist to write and publish content throughout all social channels * Updating the Baudville Blog calendar and assisting in article creation * Support and optimize blog strategy to support brand visibility and SEO * Support e‑commerce initiatives, including content merchandising and digital marketing efforts * Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties and special projects as needed KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS: * Positively impact the effectiveness of Baudville Brands’ social campaigns through KPIs * Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to inform optimization and ongoing strategy * Completion of Capstone projects presented to Executive Leadership Team IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS: * Strong writing skills with the ability to meet short deadlines * Proven ability to transfer research and education into compelling stories and captivating content * Demonstrated ability to generate content ideas through short-form interviews with Subject Matter Experts * Ability to translate brand USP’s, data points, features, etc. into effective marketing pieces * Possess’ an analytical approach to decision-making with outstanding attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a very fast-paced environment REQUIREMENTS: * Seeking Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of relevant work experience. * Experience with setting goals and measurement for digital activities * Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. * Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners and customers. * Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, collaborate harmoniously, and handle a variety of customer needs with tact and professionalism. * Self‑starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, and a high level of comfort giving and receiving constructive feedback.   Our Winning Culture Offers   * A world-class work environment: * West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for 18 times * National Best & Brightest winner for 13 consecutive years * 101 Best & Brightest in Wellness winner 12 times * 7-time Great Place to Work Certified™.
