JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive online sales through e-commerce platforms and affiliate networks.
• Guide new affiliates through onboarding, ensuring they understand program guidelines, tools, and commission structures.
• Support the creation and optimization of product listings with accurate descriptions, visuals, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure adherence to brand and platform guidelines.
• Respond to affiliate and customer inquiries, resolving technical, promotional, or policy-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, commissions, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales & marketing, affiliate, procurement, customer service, fulfillment) for smooth campaign execution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with affiliate partners, offering performance feedback and strategic suggestions.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, propose new promotional ideas, and contribute to the development of marketing materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Last semester students
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.

  Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
