QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Data driven approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools for creating charts and reports.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our beauty products
• Competition monitoring
• Performance analysis
• Conduct market research and competition monitoring to identify trends, competitors’ strategies, and opportunities for differentiation
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product launches and trade events
• Support influencer marketing initiatives
• Prepare presentations for key meetings, presenting data and insights clearly and effectively
