Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to become a member of the Credit Card Acquisition Consumer Marketing team. This person would be focused on the acquisition strategy across all targeted acquisition campaigns, working to drive growth across all card’s acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with acquisition marketing channel leads, and other marketing cross functional partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of financial services marketing, with experience in segmentation, targeting, and budget optimization.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic consulting to marketing leads. Work closely with leads to prioritize and identify resources and capabilities needed to support their marketing objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions between cross functional team leadership to gain alignment on priorities, channel strategy and timing of marketing launch across various channels - prescreen offers, wellsfargo.com, email, direct mail
  • Partner with Credit Card Marketing partners such as product, list execution, risk, finance, and analytics to facilitate and help prioritize needs of all card products - general purpose, Cobrand and Small Business
  • Identify new opportunities to grow Wells Fargo credit cards, through ongoing assessment of marketing capabilities, acquisition offers, product enhancements, consumer trends and the competitive landscape
  • Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies and procedures related to marketing
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
