As B2B Marketing Lead you play a key role in the transition from ingredient supplier to solutions partner. You translate strategy, portfolio and market insights into clear value propositions that strengthen our position and drive commercial growth. You will • Lead and execute the B2B marketing strategy across business lines • Translate customer, market and consumer insights into strong propositions and category stories • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure a consistent, distinctive market presence • Drive demand generation through campaigns, content and sales enablement • Translate complex ingredient expertise into clear, compelling customer value • Monitor performance and continuously improve impact based on data and insights • Lead internal communication to connect strategy, purpose and behaviour across the organisation • Build, coach and develop a high performing marketing team Location: Dinteloord / hybrid Reporting to: Business Director Team: 3 FTE Qualifications You are an experienced B2B marketer who knows how to connect strategy to execution and make impact in a complex, international environment. You bring • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in food ingredients, food or agribusiness • A strong track record in brand building and demand generation • The ability to translate technical and complex propositions into clear market value • Experience working closely with commercial, application and innovation teams • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level • A leadership style that connects, develops and brings clarity Additional Information A strategic role with clear impact on growth and positioning The opportunity to drive the shift from ingredients to solutions A purpose-driven organisation where sustainability and innovation are central A role at the intersection of innovation, sustainability and commercial growth Compensation An annual salary between €100,000 and €130,000, depending on experience Department: Commercial & Business Development Compensation: EUR 100.000 - EUR 130.000 - yearly
