About the Role As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to promote Takeda’s medicines, drive growth, and build brand awareness. Based in Sydney, you will lead the launch of Takeda’s Psoriasis asset in the ANZ market, ensuring organisational readiness and seamless delivery. Your strategic leadership will be key in market entry, brand positioning, and leveraging AI-enabled tools for analytics, scenario planning, and omnichannel engagement to establish a strong foundation for long-term growth and competitive advantage. What you will do: Launch Preparation and Execution: Lead the end-to-end launch readiness and execution of Takeda's psoriasis asset in ANZ, delivering against strategies priorities and defined success metrics. Marketing Execution and Optimisation: Design, implement, and optimise integrated omnichannel strategies across field force and digital channels to drive engagement, generate insights, and improve patient outcomes. Strategic and Tactical Planning: Lead the Dermatology brand strategy and operating plan, ensuring clear positioning, a cohesive narrative across channels and stakeholders, and alignment to enterprise objectives. Cross Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Compliance, and Regulatory to enable seamless, compliant execution and timely decision-making. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and lead strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy groups, to shape brand strategy, strengthen trust, and deliver long-term value. What we’re seeking in you: Bachelor in Health Science related discipline or Marketing, Business Administration; MSc in Health Sciences, or MBA an asset. 8 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including 3 years in product management and new product launches Product Launch experience in the pharmaceutical industry; ideally within dermatology or inflammatory diseases. Strong business and financial acumen, and digital fluency, including proficiency in AI and digital tools. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic leadership skills.
