Our private markets team are experiencing significant growth and Ebury is uniquely positioned to support Institutionals active in private markets.
We are looking for a high-performing, commercially minded Marketing professional to lead and execute Ebury’s Institutional marketing. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll take ownership of campaigns from end to end-crafting compelling content, identifying key audiences, launching initiatives across multiple channels, and measuring their impact. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and global marketing colleagues to elevate Ebury’s presence in Private Markets.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a mid-level role for a commercially-minded marketer with a proven track record in B2B financial services.
You will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our Institutional offerings, leveraging your expertise to execute comprehensive marketing strategies. A key aspect of this role will be to maximise the impact of Ebury’s existing and future marketing assets, ensuring they are effectively utilised across all marketing channels.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in asset management, private markets, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems is a plus.
