MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

Dubai-based | Full-Time | UK Education & Training
We are a well-established UK-based training provider with leadership based in Dubai. Our brands span across beauty, education, childcare and technical training, and we’re looking for a full-time Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to support our growth across digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role covering everything from social content creation and email campaigns to Facebook/Instagram ads, lead tracking, and website updates. You’ll work closely with our UK sales team and report directly to senior leadership in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and run paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) across brands
· Design and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
· Manage and send regular email campaigns (Zoho Campaigns)
· Write clear and persuasive copy for mailshots, landing pages, and posts
· Upload, edit, and maintain content on our Squarespace websites
· Monitor lead flow, campaign performance, and monthly KPIs using Zoho CRM & reporting tools
· Suggest and implement creative ideas to improve conversion, engagement, or targeting
· Support course promotions, enrolment windows, and learner recruitment goals
