🚀 Marketing Lead / Head of Growth | London (UK), Remote 🚀 We’re looking for a Marketing Lead / Head of Growth to own growth end-to-end for an early-stage crypto / fintech / neobank product (cards, self-custody, memberships, credit-like mechanics).This is not a pure performance role. The core focus is community-led growth, Twitter/X, lifecycle funnels, and monetisation, working with crypto-native, trader and high-intent audiences. ✔️ Compensation: Fixed + performance bonus, equity/options for the right candidate ✔️ Format: Full-time, remote ✔️ Location: London, UK (required) ✔️ About the Role & the Product: An early-stage regulated or semi-regulated crypto-fintech product combining cards, custody, memberships and credit-like mechanics. Your mission is to build sustainable growth through community, trust, incentives and lifecycle marketing, not CPI-driven installs. You will work closely with product and founders to design and scale: community → activation → usage → monetisation → retention ✔️ Key Responsibilities: • Own growth strategy end-to-end • Define growth priorities across community, lifecycle, partnerships and funnels • Work directly with founders and product team on activation, retention and monetisation • Build and scale brand and founder-led presence on Twitter/X • Grow and activate crypto-native and trader communities • Launch and manage communities across Telegram, Discord, Reddit and private groups • Collaborate with crypto and trading influencers, KOLs and opinion leaders • Build partnerships with crypto projects, trading communities, funds and ecosystems • Design referral programs, XP systems and incentive mechanics • Build and optimise email and CRM funnels: onboarding, activation, deposit → usage → monetisation • Work with lifecycle tools (email, push, in-app) • Implement segmentation, behavioural triggers and retention flows • Drive conversion optimisation and cohort-based growth • Continuously improve funnel economics • Understand and oversee paid ads in regulated environments (Meta, Google, TikTok) — not the main focus • Track and optimise: CAC / LTV, retention, payback periods, funnel economics • Use data to guide growth and monetisation decisions • 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing leadership • Strong background in crypto, fintech, Web3, prop trading or trading platforms • Hands-on experience building and scaling communities, especially Twitter/X • Deep understanding of trader psychology, incentives and monetisation • Experience working with regulated or semi-regulated financial products • Proven ability to build funnels personally, not just manage agencies • Experience in: prop trading firms, trading platforms, brokerages, exchanges or similar products • Experience marketing products for: traders, crypto power users, financially sophisticated audiences • Strong understanding of retention mechanics and monetisation strategies What We Are NOT Looking For: • Pure performance marketers • CPI / installs-focused profiles • Agency-only backgrounds • No experience with crypto, trading or regulated products • Own growth strategy with real influence on product direction • Build community-led growth from the ground up • Work on a crypto-fintech product with serious monetisation depth • High autonomy, direct impact, and long-term upside via equity
