HERE IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology marketing (hardware experience a big plus)
  • A proven track record in social media, digital campaigns, and text/visual content creation
  • Strong eye for design and storytelling — Canva, Adobe, or similar
  • Skilled in video/photo editing and comfortable with a wide range of creative digital tools
  • Experience with HubSpot, SEO, and marketing analytics
  • Good gen AI tool prompting skills – the more advanced the better
  • Native English speaker (good German language skills are a plus but not essential)
  • Eligible to work in the EU
  • Based in or close to Munich (elsewhere in Germany may also work), with a willingness to travel to the office regularly, i.e. hybrid home/office working
  • A proactive, independent self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable startup environments
  • A structured approach to work with a growth mindset, a willingness to find solutions independently, and a fanatical attention to detail
  • Experience in coordinating marketing activities across Europe and the US, and an understanding of how sales and marketing functions differently between the two continents

Responsibilities

Dcubed is a German-American space engineering company building world-class mechanisms and solar arrays for satellites. Our technology is already flying in space — and now we need someone to help tell our story.
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and highly autonomous Marketing Lead to join our growing commercial team. This is a rare chance to own the marketing function from day one and shape how a deep-tech company presents itself to the world.

You will:

  • Take ownership of all marketing activities — you’ll be our one-person marketing machine
  • Build and run campaigns across social media, SEO (and increasingly GEO for AI), email, and events
  • Create content and visuals (simple graphic design, photo/video editing) that make complex tech engaging
  • Manage suppliers and agencies when needed (e.g., web, PR, event logistics, photographers and videographers)
  • Run and optimize HubSpot campaigns to generate and nurture leads, and proactively manage our contact lists
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate and scale content production and campaign execution
  • Plan and manage Dcubed’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Report directly to our Commercial Director and work closely with multiple stakeholders and experts across the organization
