Company NestAI is a European AI lab for defence delivering the adaptive operating system for modern battlefield operations. We build adaptive intelligence for unmanned and command systems that learn and evolve after deployment. Founded in 2025, we have raised €100M and grown to 150+ engineers and scientists. We work with the Finnish Defence Forces and leading European defence and industry partners including Nokia, FORCIT Defence, and Patria. What you will do You will build how NestAI shows up in the market: shaping how defence forces, industry partners, and ecosystem players understand what NestAI is and why it matters. The work is strategic and creative. You will need sharp instincts about where presence creates leverage and the ability to bring ideas to life across formats, channels, and events. In practice: Plan and execute NestAI's presence at key European defence and security events, and make that presence count beyond a logo on a banner Create and host events and executive gatherings that establish NestAI as the convening voice in European defence AI Develop content and narratives mapped to the buyer journeys of priority segments, for defence forces and industry Develop the asset library that supports sales and partnership conversations, in close collaboration with the sales team What we are looking for 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in technically complex B2B or B2G, ideally in defence, deep-tech, dual-use, or critical infrastructure You start from the customer's world, understand what they are trying to solve, and build narratives that make NestAI's relevance clear without needing to explain everything from first principles You have experience planning and executing presence at major industry events, and you know how to make that presence count beyond a booth You operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage your own priorities, and know how to work cross-functionally without needing a complete brief to get started You are comfortable working with and directing external partners, agencies, and production teams to deliver work that meets a high bar You have experience with long sales cycles and strategic or account-based GTM motions, and are comfortable working in close partnership with an international sales team You use AI extensively in your own workflows.
