Your Opportunity This role sits within the Seniors Communities Marketing team and is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of marketing strategies for new retirement living developments. You will lead go to market activity across the full development lifecycle — from early feasibility and prelaunch through to sales campaigns and postlaunch activity — ensuring each development is positioned strongly in market and achieves sales and occupancy targets. Working across digital, print, PR, events, partnerships and onsite activations, you’ll deliver integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, support conversion and create meaningful connections with future residents and their families. With collaboration, insight and impact at the centre of your work, you will: Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies for new developments Deliver campaigns across digital, print, PR, events, partnerships and onsite activations Partner closely with Sales, Development and Operations to align marketing with project milestones and sales goals Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning, pricing and product mix Manage agencies, creative partners, media and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes Build community partnerships and support community consultation and engagement activities Prepare, manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring effective use of resources Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI and lead to sale conversion Champion customer first storytelling and exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints What you’ll bring You are a commercially minded and creative marketing professional who enjoys working in complex, project based environments. You balance strong marketing discipline with collaboration, insight and a genuine passion for creating meaningful community outcomes. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within property, retirement living or development sectors Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns with measurable sales outcomes Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and lead generation strategies Experience managing external agencies, suppliers and multiple stakeholders Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively A genuine interest in seniors living and community focused outcomes A willingness to travel across multiple sites Sydney-wide (reimbursed for travel) Why Anglicare?
