Description

A new Marketing Lead vacancy has arisen within our company based at our Head Office in Skegness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Marketing team.
LOCATION: Holly Road, Skegness
JOB TITLE: Marketing Lead (Product Launches and Campaigns)
JOB TYPE: Full -Time
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break)
SALARY RANGE: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant on experience.

JOB SUMMARY

The key parts of this role are:

  • To create an effective way of working with the Product Development Department and other service areas to ensure that the marketing team are fully able to drive the ‘commercial launch’ phase.
  • To become familiar with the technicalities of our products and services so that the key features of a product or service are fully understood. This then defines the key messages for the campaign along with the form it will take and should include ‘user friendly’ copy for use by the marketing function and commercial teams.
  • To create the strategy for all marketing campaigns along with the associated project management framework to effectively monitor the campaign against agreed targets.
  • To deliver the three key parts of the role, excellent day-to-day project management is essential across a range of channels which could include but is not limited to:
  • Adverts/Advertorials
  • Blogs
  • External Events
  • UK events to support Cleanroom Textiles, Cleanroom Consumable, Cleanroom Cleaning and Micronlab
  • Distributor Conferences and Training Days
  • Overseas events in support of export Consumables Sales
  • Internal Events
  • Company Days
  • Sales Conferences
  • Social Media
  • Webinars
  • Website

In addition, over time the successful candidate should, with appropriate training, be able to develop into a high performing manager capable of not only running the Marketing Team but also influencing the business. The key outcome for this role is to drive dynamic interaction with potential, new and existing customers.

The successful candidate will:

  • have up to 3 direct reports as the job holder develops.
  • have the ability to engage with Board/Senior Managers to drive campaign strategy forward.
  • be able to deputise for Marketing Manager after training period.
  • be able to support scaled ‘commercial product launches’ to deliver impact and interest.
  • be able to support targeted commercial sales / technical sales activities by the creation and delivery of high-quality campaigns to an agreed budget and timescale.
