MARKETING LEAD

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in preparing content and campaign calendars; Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Must be able to work productively and lead a team while working from home
• At least three years of relevant experience in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction and/or Marketing and Analytics
• Skills: Project management, content planning and creation, copywriting, marketing analytics, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, adaptability
• Able to work remotely with stable internet connection and a conducive workspace
• Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, result-orientation and organizational skills
• Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
