Scope of the Role The Marketing Manager will own the brand’s performance and organic marketing engine, overseeing strategy, campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across all channels. You will work directly with leadership to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (Meta, TikTok, Google, Email, Influencers). Manage campaign planning, implementation, optimisation, and weekly reporting. Oversee content calendars and coordinate with creative and UGC teams. Work closely with paid media buyers to ensure consistent messaging and performance alignment. Build and manage retention strategies, including email, SMS, and loyalty flows. Monitor KPIs and performance data to drive continuous improvement. Identify growth opportunities, trends, and new marketing channels. Manage budgets and forecast performance. Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. 3+ years in ecommerce or DTC brand marketing. Strong understanding of paid social, influencer marketing, and retention channels. Experience managing creative strategy and content workflows. Highly analytical with experience using tools like GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad platform dashboards. Strong project management and communication skills. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
