We are looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to project manage and with skills to deliver the best experience for its existing and prospective customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and relevant software packages.
  • Full valid driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points. Any previous disqualifications; 4 years must have passed since reinstatement.
  • Evidence of skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of long term marketing campaigns, communications and public relations activities.
  • Evidence of strong creative, strategic, analytical and organisational and skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills of the highest standard, confident to liaise with internal colleagues by email, phone or in meetings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage time effectively to minimise inefficiency and maximise productivity.
  • The ability to work professionally and creatively within a very busy team, some of whom will frequently be working remotely.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To drive the standard in customer care.
  • Maximise the achievement of business objectives by developing, planning and implementing creative marketing campaigns that create impact, support the brand, drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • To exemplify the Purpose, Principles and Ambition of TrustFord.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the planning, development and implementation of TrustFord’s marketing campaigns activities.
  • Ensuring plans are agreed and briefed well in advance of delivery.
  • Clear marketing plans for all agreed activities within their defined areas of responsibility.
  • Recognised positive contribution to the business in execution of activity and active involvement and support for Marketing colleagues and Operational stakeholders.
  • An understanding of TrustFord and how its business areas and marketing functions add measurable value.
  • Known and respected for their professional and consistent approach to all areas of their work.
  • To interrogate and use business data to drive decisions for forward planning of campaigns and activity.
