POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand, demand generation, campaigns, and sales initiatives. This role is responsible for executing multi-channel marketing programs that drive new leads, support our sales team, and elevate our digital presence and brand identity. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across content, events, and automation platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, or MSP environments.
  • Strong background in campaign development, content creation, event planning, and social media strategy.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with web and video tools like Webflow and StreamYard.
  • Skilled at using AI tools to support and accelerate content creation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
  • Self-starter and ability to execute on strategy with little oversight and management.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing initiatives around virtual and in-person events—including promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Campaign Management: Own the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that generate and nurture leads. Build and manage automation workflows in Apollo to drive outreach and lead conversion.
  • Content Development: Develop and manage a wide range of marketing materials such as email campaigns, one-pagers, blog posts, and white papers to support awareness, education, and sales engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain a consistent posting cadence on LinkedIn with engaging, relevant content to grow brand visibility and follower engagement.
  • YouTube & Video Strategy: Lead the production of 1–2 videos per month using tools like StreamYard to showcase internal expertise and thought leadership.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and campaign assets to ensure a seamless digital experience.
  • Budget & MDF Oversight: Manage marketing budgets and Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring investments align with strategic goals and partner programs.
  • Sales Operations: Collaborate closely with sales to track lead activity, support quoting, and deal progression, and manage reporting through CRM platforms.
  • Sales Enablement: Create custom presentations, proposal decks, and design assets tailored to individual sales opportunities.
  • Team Oversight: Supervise the Inside Sales Representative, setting campaign priorities and aligning marketing and outbound sales activities with revenue goals.
