Position Overview:
As part of A1 Properties continued growth and expansion, the Marketing Manager will be playing a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies and execution across various platforms. Involved in managing a talented team, executing sophisticated marketing campaigns, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and enhancing our overall marketing effectiveness. Our expertise span across multiple areas including website management, IT, social media, video production, data-driven marketing, and public relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in real estate industry in marketing, handling supervisory or Manager position.
  • Understanding of the various social media tools.
  • Must have creative ideas for the Company Marketing and Content creation.
  • Personality: results driven, very well organized, individual contributor, detail oriented, knows how to re-prioritize.
  • Should have proficiency in English written and spoken, Arabis is plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and power point.
  • Experience with marketing analysis and technical knowledge of web analytics.
  • Proven ability to build effective marketing programs that generate results

    Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team of 5 professionals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and strategies.
  • Perform performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of campaigns from targeting and testing to analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Full-stack Web Developer to enhance the website and develop high converting landing pages.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a custom CRM system.
  • Work directly with the Graphic Designer to create visually appealing social media posts and artworks.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed social media calendar.
  • Strategise and schedule content to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Assist the Video-grapher in planning, shooting, and editing video content.
  • Ensure that video content aligns with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Manage the production timeline and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing & IT Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, newsletter, Whats App, SMS, and regional campaigns
  • Assist in identifying target audiences and segmenting data for customer re-targeting.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to gather feedback on marketing leads.
  • Analyze feedback to refine and improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Implement changes based on customer insights to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the sales team to understand and support their marketing needs.
  • Develop and provide marketing materials that aid the sales process.
  • Collaborate on strategies to boost sales effectiveness through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners and developers for collaborations and marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media contacts.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s brand image and market presence.
  • Coordinate with SEO agency to develop and execute strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings.
  • Provide the agency with keyword research, landing page preparation, and actionable insights for optimization.
  • Monitor SEO performance metrics and collaborate with agencies to implement best practices for content and technical SEO improvements.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, media contacts, and thirdparty partners.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s brand image and market presence.
  • Coordinate with third-party developers and partners on collaborative marketing campaigns, roadshows and initiatives.
  • Implement sophisticated data segmentation and customer profiling techniques to enhance personalization and targeting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate and manage the meetings with all marketing third party agencies.
  • For secondary sales monitor and improve the quality of all portals (PF, dubizzle, Bayut).
