Job Title: Ad Operations Merchandising
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Location: Remote Position in British Columbia
About the Team:
The Ad Operations Merchandising team at manages in-app marketing experiences (like banners and promotions) that drive customer engagement and support merchant goals. This team works closely with departments like Marketing, Product, Creative Studio, and Localization to ensure campaigns are impactful, accurate, and scalable.
About the Role:
As a Creative Operations Associate, you’ll manage the production and coordination of creative assets (mostly banners) for restaurant and retail partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate and manage creative assets in both French and English
  • Create and maintain campaign templates for seasonal and ongoing promotions
  • Coordinate campaign execution across CRM, homepage merchandising, and marketing
  • Support the transition to a new Ads Manager tool, giving feedback and helping with training
  • Maintain team documentation and playbooks
  • Review creative assets to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
  • Improve workflows to make campaign execution faster and more efficient

Requirements:

  • You’re fluent in French and English
  • You have 2+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing production, or project coordination
  • You’re comfortable using tools like Figma and working with designers
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working with different teams
  • You’re open to flexible hours to occasionally meet with global teams (especially in Australia)

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 06 months
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
