We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing activities of the Motors and Drives in Finland. You will contribute to sustainability objectives through the development and deployment of innovative and effective marketing activities that is meant to boost the industry carbon neutral transition.
The location for the position can be Helsinki or other agreed location in Finland. Work requires willingness to travel in Finland.

This position reports to Local Business Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Defining the marketing priorities and actions to support the local sales and marketing strategy. Developing, executing and following up the implementation of coherent and consistent marketing plan
  • Defining and executing the Digital Marketing Strategy. Own the tools and channels and support the team in Social Selling
  • Executing marketing plans and messages with the objective of engaging and inspiring B2B customers, trade media and other key interest groups
  • Leading local Energy Efficiency Movement marketing
  • According to the marketing plan organizing F2F or virtual events and supporting sales and product management in their marketing activities
  • Ensuring there is coherent ABB message to the market. Collaborating with local and global ABB colleagues
  • Ensuring targets and metrics for marketing initiatives are properly implemented and develop additional local measures as required

Your background

  • Business-driven and passionate about customer management and achieving sales and marketing objectives. Experience in preparing and implementing marketing plans
  • Experience in digital marketing, organizing events and fairs, implementing and cascading campaigns in the local market. Sound knowledge of CRM system, preferably Salesforce and ability to operate marketing automation platform and other digital platforms such as website and social media
  • An open-minded and solutions-focused approach, highly self-motivated, organized and autonomous. Willingness to change and drive change
  • Strong detail and deadline orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Structured, analytical competence with measurement and KPI’s
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. university degree in marketing or communication or equivalent and experience in marketing or relevant field in a B2B environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills, strong interpersonal and consulting skills
  • Experience in collaborating with peers, cross-divisional teams and internal stakeholders across businesses
  • Good spoken and written skills in Finnish and English
